A two-bedroom apartment located in a converted period building.

The Brief:

Our Client instructed us to sell this property which had been rented for many years.  It had become very dated and tired looking.  Because of the location of this property and to realise its’ maximum potential and exposure to the market we wanted to attract.  The challenge for us was that there was a limited budget so we had to re-use and upcycle as many as the original fittings and furniture as possible.

What We Did:

The property was completely redecorated throughout in a neutral Contemporary Colour.  There was no budget for a new kitchen, so we primed and painted the existing one using a Gun Metal Grey Colour to create an attractive contemporary look.  We replaced the carpets throughout and retiled the bathroom floors.  New light fittings were added and the addition of some light furnishings to include mirrors, beds, light fittings and planting to complete the look.
